Damaged Packages:
If your package is damaged in transit, do not accept it from the delivery carrier. Instead, contact us immediately at praptiresinchemical@gmail.com so we can arrange a refund or replacement. If you accept a damaged package, you may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Missing Items:
